1將溫牛奶沖入草莓味高樂高粉中,調勻

5用打蛋器低速走Z字型攪打成均勻的麵糊

6另取一盆,倒入蛋白和檸檬汁,低速打起粗泡後,分三次加入糖粉,高速打至九分發

7將打發好的蛋白分兩至三次加入蛋黃糊中,以不規則方式拌勻,不要劃圈,避免消泡

8倒入6寸圓形蛋糕模具中,墩平表面,並用力摔幾下,震出大氣泡

9烤箱預熱,180度,上下火,中下層,20-25分鐘,上色後可加蓋錫紙(俺沒加,所以烤得有點黑),關火後第一時間將模具倒扣

10晾至完全冷卻後,脫模

21將白巧克力屑均勻的撒在蛋糕表面,手指餅乾從中間一切兩半,圍在蛋糕周邊成整齊一圈
