6黃油中加入糖粉和鹽攪拌均勻;

7分3-4次加入蛋液,每加入一次都要攪拌均勻;蛋液會剩下大概三分之一,全部加入麵糰會過軟無法成團;

8麵粉里加入泡打粉,攪拌一下

9篩入低筋麵粉

11手揉成光滑的麵糰,覆蓋保鮮膜放入冰箱冷藏一小時左右

12將馬蘇里拉芝士捏成15個大小一樣的小團;

13麵糰冷藏好後取出等分成15個小麵糰,每個大概14克;

14像包包子一樣把芝士包在麵糰里,如圖所示

15烤盤上面鋪好矽油紙,然後輕輕將麵糰按扁,上面按上蔓越莓乾兒;

16預熱結束,將曲奇胚送入烤箱,上下火180度中層,烤15-20分鐘(烤箱不同溫度不同)
