魚: 兩條, 麵粉: 少許, 花椒大料: , 大蒜,姜: , 醬油,醋: , 糖,鹽,味精:
步驟
1將魚的兩面抹上麵粉

2醋+少許生抽醬油+糖,調汁(調到味道不酸)

3放入花椒,花椒變色後撈出來。

5放入魚,兩面煎一下

6將調好的汁均勻倒入,蓋上鍋蓋燜一分鐘

7放入水,剛好淹過魚肚

8水太多的話不利於最後收汁

9撒上鹽,少許味精,蓋好蓋子,小火燒20—30分鐘收汁(有些魚肉比較嫩,時間可以少一些)

10關火後最好再燜幾7,8,9,10分鐘,更入味
