原料
黑巧克力: 84g/168g, 牛奶: 30g/50g, 蛋黃: 1個/可不加, 奶油: 125g/200g, 魚膠: 5g/10g, 糖粉: 20g, 餅底:: , 餅乾: 40g, 黃油: 20g
步驟
1先將餅乾壓碎,加入黃油,攪拌均勻, 放去模型壓扁,放去冰箱
2巧克力隔熱水融化 放涼備用

5吉利丁軟後放入牛奶中入微波爐叮融化

6趁熱加入蛋黃攪拌均勻(不加蛋黃的這步可以去掉)

7然後將牛奶吉利丁液倒入融化的巧克力攪拌均勻
