原料
肉糜: 200克, 大蒜: 少許, 朝天椒: 少許, 羅勒: 30克, 紅椒: 適量, 青椒: 適量, 魚露: 適量, 糖: 少許, 老抽: 少許
步驟
1先備料。大蒜、朝天椒放入杵臼搗碎,備用;

2接著起油鍋,油完全燒熱後放入羅勒,幾秒後待羅勒顏色變深,立刻撈起;

3然後取一點炸羅勒的底油,下大蒜、朝天椒碎爆香;放入肉糜持續翻炒、上色,肉糜的肥瘦比例最好在3:7;

4接著加魚露、糖;再下青、紅椒丁炒勻,接著加一點老抽;

5起鍋前放入炸好的羅勒、以及新鮮羅勒各一半,翻炒幾下,香辣 下飯的泰式炒碎肉就做好了。
