燕碎: 3~5g, 桃膠: 7~8粒, 牛奶: 適量, 紅棗: 幾顆, 桂圓: 幾顆, 枸杞: 適量, 冰糖: 適量
步驟
1泡發桃膠,提前泡,要泡十個鐘左右

2桃膠泡發率超高,10倍左右。泡發好後清洗點雜質,先過水,再把雜質挑出來,我是直接用牙籤挑,很快就挑好,然後揉碎,

3燕碎提前三個鍾泡就行了,有淡淡的木霉味或蛋清味哦~~

4燕碎泡好用清水清洗幾遍,並揉碎就可以了。有7、8倍的泡發率哦!

5桃膠先燉半個鐘,加上紅棗、枸杞、桂圓還有牛奶隔水燉
