17將打發得蛋白分三次加入可可麵糊里,翻拌均勻

18第二次蛋白裝進去,翻拌均勻

19全部翻拌均勻後倒入六寸蛋糕模具,震一下保證表面平整。烤箱140-160°,45-60分鐘
20拿出來倒扣冷卻,分成三份,夾層抹上奶油和草莓即可,隨意抹,要的就是隨意的感覺
21最後蛋糕表面進行奶油和草莓裝飾
