速凍餃子(自包凍餃子): 適量, 涼水: 適量, 溫水40°左右: 適量
步驟
1冰箱拿出餃子~

2將凍餃子放進大一些的盆中~

3❤關鍵步驟: 倒入適量涼水沒過餃子,翻動餃子讓每一個餃子均勻的沾上涼水,並且不時推動防止餃子粘連(粘連一扯就破皮啦)泡一小會就可以~

4鍋內倒適量清水待水溫熱放入餃子(水溫在40度左右)~ (餃子浸泡時,若是粘連不用掰開,直接放入溫水,一會就分開了~)

5不時用勺子推動推動,以免粘鍋~

6中間澆兩次涼水,待餃子全部漂浮起來就煮好了~ (看鍋內的水,完全沒有破皮的)
