1清洗蔥,把根切了,好好洗,把爛的葉子都揀掉

5小火低溫將配料先炸香,等洋蔥都軟了,然後其他配料的香味也都出來了即可

7熱油,加入蔥

小技巧
炸配料的時候不能高溫,不然香味還沒出就焦了,剩下的配料可以以後燒肉用。炸蔥的時候先低溫,在高溫。
