步驟
1紅豆加入1.5倍的水,放入高壓鍋壓熟,解壓後用料理機打成泥

2中小火慢慢炒,加入糖,餡差不多炒干時將油分三次加入,炒至豆沙吸收油後再放下一次,最後放入炒熟的熟麵粉炒均勻即可

3餡料放入大碗,蓋上保鮮膜至涼透,注意保鮮膜要緊貼豆沙表面,這樣可以使豆沙表面不會幹而且不會有水蒸氣
