排骨: 克500, 豆腐: 1塊, 澱粉: 2勺, 蚝油: 2勺, 鹽: 5克, 生抽: 少許
步驟
1排骨沖洗乾淨

2洗乾淨後放盤裡準備加鹽拌好,放置兩小時入味

3加生抽,老抽,鹽,澱粉,耗油一起拌好,放冰箱,待用

4豆腐切小塊鋪在盤子下面,撒一小點鹽在豆腐上,然後把排骨鋪上面,煮飯的時候就直接放電飯鍋蒸,是不是一舉兩得呢?
