1前小排洗好後,冷水下鍋去血水

2水煮沸後關火,撈出排骨沖洗一下,煮排骨的水倒掉不用

3排骨放入滷水中,煮沸後,小火煮15分鐘

4煮排骨的過程中,把土豆刮成絲,泡清水中。老薑切絲

5小鍋煮適量的水,水沸後,放入土豆絲。煮半分鐘左右就撈起土豆絲待用

6排骨滷煮好後,鍋中放適量油,下干辣椒段和老薑絲,炒香
