1盤菜,

2把盤菜處理乾淨,切片狀,

6蒸12分鐘左右就熟了,

7炒鍋加油燒熱,投進蔥白蒜末煸香,再加入蚝油翻炒片刻,

8然後加入肉丁、鹽、白糖和開水燒煮2分鐘,再加入水澱粉勾薄芡,加點雞精就可以了,
