7打好的蛋白分三次加入蛋黃液中,上下攪拌均勻

8最後倒入烤盤,振出氣泡,用刮板刮平。我沒找到刮板,就這樣吧,進烤箱180度,20分左右。自己觀察上色度。

9烤制過程中看到顏色變深,如果怕顏色太深,可以蓋層錫紙
