3揉好的麵糰靜置一個小時

4備好工具,把麵糰壓在木板上

5待水燒開,加一點鹽,用輔助工具把面削進鍋里,入鍋即煮,煮到面都漂起來就熟了;

6再用豆油蒜泥爆炒把煮好的刀削麵加入,加點高湯(剛好有備好的羊肉湯),把洗好的小青菜一起入鍋,加鹽稍煮片刻,裝盤;
