原料
冰糖: 適量, 姜: 5片, 香葉: 2片, 八角: 3個, 草果: 1個, 干紅辣椒: 若干, 鹽: 適量, 香油: 適量, 雞: 1隻, 干香菇: 一碗, 料酒: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 老抽: 適量
步驟
1先雞清洗乾淨

2鍋里燒開水,將雞過水!

3過水後的雞再放入鍋中,加入薑片,八角,草果,香葉等著煮開,煮開後倒入適量料酒再煮一小時!

4這樣的雞好處理些了,但是肉還是很緊實,繼續二次加工!大料撈出,湯水成入碗里備用!

5雞架骨還是很硬,我就直接抹上調料,上鍋蒸了,來個粉蒸雞!
