雞柳: 250克, 方吐司: 半個, 生菜: 幾片, 五香粉: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 辣椒粉: 適量, 麵粉: 適量, 雞蛋: 1枚, 番茄醬: 適量
步驟
1雞柳切成1公分見方的長條,加入五香粉、鹽及辣椒粉抓勻腌2小時;
