杏鮑菇: 3個, 大肉: 我用了半斤肉沫(直接超市買打碎的), 雞精: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 甜麵醬: 1小包, 豆瓣醬: 一湯匙, 姜: 適量
步驟
1杏鮑菇洗凈後切成條備用

2我直接用的是超市買來的肉沫,如果時間夠用的話自己刀切還是效果比較好

3倒入適量的油加熱
