西米: 50克, 輔料牛奶: 200克, 糖粉: 15克, 椰漿: 60克, 鮮奶油: 20克, 芒果: 適量
步驟
1將一鍋清水煮開,一定要開水下鍋

2將西米放入鍋中,一邊攪拌一邊煮熟,大概煮10-15分鐘

3煮熟的西米會變得透明,如果有少許芯還是白色的也沒關係,過一會會回熟變成透明的

4將西米撈出來後,浸泡涼水

5取新容器倒入牛奶

7加入椰漿
