原料
土豆: 5個, 澱粉: 適量, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1把土豆去皮洗凈,並在水裡稍微泡下;

2切成大小均勻的條狀;

3放到開水裡煮3到5分鐘!不停的翻動下,水裡放一點鹽;

4放在漏盆里晾涼,主要是把水份弄沒;

5關鍵一步!直接裹澱粉,但是要均勻哦!(把適量澱粉倒入土豆條上,端起盆來掂一掂,抖一抖就均勻了)

6鍋里放油,油熱後,開小火開始炸;在炸的過程中,要輕輕的水平翻動哦,不然容易斷;

7大概炸到有點金黃就可以撈出了,大概時間3-5分鐘左右!
