小技巧
1.紅豆最好提前浸泡,容易煮出沙; 2.先將一部分南瓜麵糰煮熟再與剩餘麵糰混合,利於將麵糰揉勻、且更光滑; 3.小圓子的個頭不要太大,否則不易煮熟; 4.南瓜葉可以根據個人喜歡換成紅薯、紫薯等。
