小技巧
1.用溫水和面,可以使麵糰更柔軟; 2.揉好的麵糰要醒一會兒,可以使麵糰鬆弛; 3.米飯不要包入太多,以免漏餡; 4.按扁的時候注意力度,因為米粒較硬,力度太大麵皮容易漏。
