1無鹽奶油室溫軟化,用打蛋器攪拌至乳霜狀

6整形成長方形。(終於敗了小吉模,懶人法墊上保鮮膜,把麵糰塞塞進去就ok了,嘿嘿)放入冰箱冷藏2小時或冷凍1小時(當天不烤的,可冷凍)

7冰箱取出麵糰,切成厚為1cm左右的片
