1碎肉+蔥花+一勺鹽+半勺雞精,攪拌

2豆腐對半切成小正方形;豬肉碎,越小越好,放少許鹽和雞精攪拌備用;蔥切成蔥花放一半至碎肉里攪拌備用

3拿起一小塊豆腐,用筷子在中間親親搓個小洞,放入攪拌好的碎肉,然後整齊的放入盤中

5備用,等待下鍋

6放少許油,小火,把包有肉的那面朝下煎,不要有鏟子,輕輕搖晃鍋即可

7油鍋把肉麵朝下煎至一面金黃,小火少許鹽、搖晃鍋、少許雞精,放入生抽醬油少許,開水淹沒豆腐一半蓋鍋蓋開大火,冒煙,再加點醬油再蓋鍋煮
