7煤氣灶不好控制火候,就用電磁爐吧,不粘鍋是兩用的,電磁爐煤氣灶都可以用

8電磁爐開最低檔,全程最抵擋,煤氣灶的話就用小火,黃油倒進去融化

9融化後倒入棉花糖攪拌均勻

10小火攪拌到融化,用木鏟或者硬的矽膠鏟
11融化後倒入奶粉

12小火攪拌均勻,然後把電磁爐或者煤氣灶關掉,電磁爐還是有熱度,把鍋端下來
13把花生碎倒進去攪拌均勻

14攪拌到不粘手

15托盤裡放好油紙,把攪拌好的牛軋糖放上去

16把牛軋糖整形,整成2cm厚的方塊,有擀麵杖擀平最好
