2蒜腸切小塊,如果想蒜腸多些可以多放

3毛豆煮熟

4鍋里放少許油,放胡蘿蔔炒一下後再放少許水、醬油、鹽將胡蘿蔔炒軟出些紅色後盛出備用

5鍋里放油將雞炒熟後盛出

6鍋中再放油,放蒜末、蔥花炒出香味

7接著將蒜腸放入煸炒一下後,放蚝油、黃豆醬繼續炒香

8出香味後將胡蘿蔔、毛豆放入一起煸炒,中途可多次順著鍋邊放少許水以防沾鍋
