1我買的是這個黃瓜皮干...原來越南人也愛吃這個..按照自己要吃多少抓多少...用水泡發...

2泡發好的黃瓜皮...泡發好後也要多衝洗幾次...

3一勺鹽……拌勻....等十分鐘讓黃瓜皮出水...

4子姜切絲後➕少許鹽腌一下

5拌勻鹽後的薑絲,放在一邊待用

6豆豉少許..我放的比較多..因為愛吃豆豉,如果不愛吃的就放一點就好

7涼鍋涼油,油要放多一點...開大火..燒熱

8油熱了之後放入豆豉,爆香

9放入黃瓜皮..記住黃瓜皮拌入鹽之後會出水..放入鍋前記得要把水擠干再放入油鍋裡面,炒香..

10炒呀炒...炒到有點乾的程度...或者聽到鍋里有點bingbang的聲音了即可倒入生抽

11老抽上色

12再炒一會..黃瓜皮都上色均勻之後就可以了出鍋啦……

14噹噹當~~重要角色出場啦……老楊辣椒醬...LA各大華人超市均有售賣...各種口味...我還是最喜歡蒜蓉辣椒醬因為最像我媽媽做的剁辣椒的味道

15黃瓜皮涼了之後放入之前腌好的薑絲~拌好

16放入老楊辣椒醬..辣椒醬的量自己掌握啊……能吃辣就多放..不能就少放...

小技巧
1.做這個不需要再放鹽或者生抽~因為黃瓜皮已經用鹽腌制過了~足夠咸. 2. 拌好後裝入瓶子中,放入冰箱,以後要吃就拿乾淨筷子夾一點出來即可……超級棒的下飯菜
