3青菜洗乾淨(個人喜歡吃小菜心,所以選擇這個青菜,可以自由選擇自己喜歡吃的青菜包括紅蘿蔔,青豆,玉米等等)

4青菜切丁,瀝干水備用

5隔夜飯備用

7兩個雞蛋➕少許鹽

10倒入蛋液,小火煎成蛋餅

11把煎好的蛋餅放三分之一到碟子上(到時候把炒飯放入碗里,才把三分之二鋪過去,以防飯太多蛋餅包不住)

12放少許芝麻油➕雞肉炒熱(個人覺得芝麻油比花生油香所以用芝麻油炒飯)

13鍋中倒入隔夜飯炒

16炒到8成熟➕少許醬油調味即可!炒勻可以上盤!

17炒飯上盤,把剩下的三分之二蛋餅鋪上去即可!
