原料
五花肉: 200克, 紅薯粉: 50克, 大蒜苗: 5-6根, 薑片: 4-5片, 花椒: 1小撮, 料酒: 2湯匙, 郫縣豆瓣醬: 1大匙, 鹽: 1茶匙, 糖: 1~2茶匙, 胡椒粉: 1/2茶匙
步驟
1主要材料備齊;

2先製作苕皮,用紅薯粉加適量水調成糊狀備用;

4五花肉下冷水鍋,加料酒、花椒、薑片煮10分鐘;
