1和面:將南瓜去皮切塊上蒸屜蒸熟透,晾涼至不燙手的溫度

2酵母用溫水化開

6麵糰脹大發胖至原來的兩倍大即可

7炒餡:牛肉餡裡面加入少許的花生油(鎖水用),用筷子按順時的方向攪拌至拉絲的緊緻泥狀

8將茄子切成小丁,然後撒入少許鹽腌制5-10分鐘,讓茄子稍出出水,用時要將水倒掉

9胡蘿蔔切丁,蔥、姜切末

11加入牛肉泥,翻炒數下,不要太久

12趕緊的加入耗油、特級生抽、一點點鹽(腌茄子時已經放了一些鹽了),拌勻即可關火

13將發好的麵糰放案板上,伴以乾麵粉再次的揉緊實

18將包好的包子再次的發酵,(我是放烤箱40度20分鐘)

19將包子放入鋪著紗布的蒸屜,與冷水一起上鍋

20開鍋後蒸10分鐘即可關火
