原料
瘦肉 200克, 花生米 150克, 胡羅卜,萵筍,香菇 各50克, 薑絲,蔥絲 各5克, 料酒 10克, 鹽 3克+1克, 雞粉 1克, 白糖 1克(腌制用), 生粉,水澱粉 各適量
步驟
1瘦肉泡水半個小時,切丁,用少許料酒,鹽1克,糖1克外加少許清水抓捏至粘稠,用生粉上漿後倒入一匙生油拌勻!

2香菇提前一晚泡發,和萵筍,胡蘿蔔分別切丁備用!
