2蓮藕要仔細挑,兩頭不漏,新鮮的為好!這樣的蓮藕藕孔十分乾淨,沒有泥土!

3準備好薑片,蔥段,冰糖,十三香以及醬油,料酒,鹽等!

4平底鍋加足夠涼水,倒入排骨焯水,並加入蔥段,薑片和10克料酒去腥!鍋里水燒開煮上幾分鐘!

5幾分鐘後將排骨清洗數遍,浮沫洗乾淨為止!撈出控水裝盤中!

6平底鍋燒熱倒適量植物油,放入排骨煎至兩面金黃!

7加醬油,料酒,和十三香炒均勻給排骨上色!

8加入開水沒過食材,並放入蔥段,薑片,冰糖!
