我在菜場上一個攤位上看到的薺菜,髒兮兮的,有許多黃葉,很不起眼,可這才是野生的薺菜的本來面目,難得的是攤主連洗都未洗,所以看上去還有點干。回家以後洗了很長時間,擇去黃葉、老根,洗去泥,吃到嘴裡真是香,最後我連香油也沒放。
原料
薺菜, 內酯豆腐, 肉絲, 料酒, 鹽, 胡椒粉, 糖, 味精, 生粉
步驟
1肉絲洗凈,加鹽、胡椒粉、味精、料酒,少許糖、生粉上漿15分鐘

2薺菜擇去黃葉,洗凈,去根,切成末

3內酯豆腐半盒切小塊

4坐鍋熱油,放肉絲煸炒
