原料
中筋麵粉 300g, 酵母 6g, 溫水 140ml, 芝麻 適量, 中筋麵粉 50g, 色拉油 25g, 白蘿蔔 500g, 瑤柱 30g, 海米 30g, 香菇 2朵, 蔥薑末 少許, 鹽 1/2茶匙, 雞粉 少許, 芝麻香油 1茶匙
步驟
1將麵皮材料中的麵粉、酵母、溫水和成麵糰,用濕布蓋上醒半小時左右
