原料
排骨 一斤, 料酒 適量, 冰糖 一把, 紅曲米粉 一小勺, 生薑 幾片, 白醋 一大勺, 黑醋 一小勺, 鹽 適量, 味精 適量, 醬油 一小勺, 熟芝麻 適量

1把排骨放入鍋中加水燒開,去掉血末,用熱水把排骨沖洗乾淨,瀝干水分備用
