1蒜頭去掉外衣,把蒜粒磨蓉

2豬排邊洗凈,瀝干水份,加入黑椒粉、料酒、蒜蓉、生抽、燒烤汁、白糖、蚝油、食鹽調味;把所有調味料用手抓均勻,腌制3小時

3烤盤放上錫紙,把腌制好的排骨邊放在烤網上
