11倒入包了錫紙的烤盤內,連同湯汁一起;

12放入170度預熱的烤箱,先170度烤制10分鐘,後降低到150度繼續烤制20分鐘左右,烤制過程中隔幾分鐘翻個面,均勻受熱;

小技巧
烤蔬菜跟烤肉類還是有區別的,烤蔬菜要根據自己選擇的蔬菜易熟程度而定,烤制過程要用筷子戳一下蔬菜,看熟的程度怎麼樣,蔬菜水分比較多,不用加太多水,腌制後期蔬菜的水分會出來。
