1雞蛋和水攪勻。倒入麵粉里

2大致搓成較硬的麵糰

3將麵糰切成小塊,用手捏扁。方便過壓面機

4用壓面機過幾次,壓成薄片。撲上麵粉防粘

5繼續壓成麵條即可

6做好的麵條撲點乾粉,放烤盤內

7先將腌料拌勻

8將排骨抓捏均勻。腌上半日或者隔夜。(一般晚上吃,中午腌即可)

9腌好後揀出排骨,濾出湯汁留用。鍋內下少許油,放入排骨煎至兩面金黃,或略有點焦黃

10依次倒入腌排骨的湯汁

13煮沸後加蓋小火燜煮約30分鐘

14到湯汁濃稠即可。如果不下麵條的話,可以收干湯汁

15煮好的麵條,留半碗麵湯,把排骨連湯汁一起澆入即可
