步驟
1將豬肉放入攪拌機里打成肉糜

2放入生抽、料酒、耗油、糖、黑胡椒粉和一大勺蜂蜜,攪拌均勻,可以攪拌得時間長些,這樣可以使肉糜將調料充分吸收

3加入適量的油和鹽,攪拌均勻

8薄薄的刷一層蜂蜜

9烤箱提前預熱160度,我家的烤箱溫度偏高,我就設定150度

10將準備好的肉片放在烤盤上放入烤箱中層,烤制15分鐘
