紫薯: 一至二個, 麵粉: 200克, 牛奶: 140克左右, 白糖: 適量, 油: 少許, 安琪: 適量
步驟
1將紫薯洗凈蒸熟,趁熱加入適量白糖碾成紫薯泥

2麵粉適量,加入安琪,這裡按經驗加就可以了

3用牛奶將麵粉和成光滑的麵糰,因為麵粉吸水性不同,(這裡牛奶可酌情增減)放到溫暖的地方發酵

4基本發到兩倍大

5大概三十克麵糰,包入25克左右紫薯,壓成餅狀

6用刀把餅分成大概五到六份,中間不要連刀

7每個切口用手指往裡收一下,成為一朵花的形狀
