7熱鍋涼油,分別炒制:A.雞蛋炒成型,打散 B.炒火腿腸時,稍焦倒入少許醬油,孜然粉和辣椒粉
8熱鍋涼油,微冒煙後放入洋蔥爆香後,將青紅椒圈倒入一起炒制,大火爆炒2分鐘,倒入A和B,攪拌均勻後倒入麵條翻炒,隨後分別加入醬油、花椒粉、十三香和蘑菇精炒均勻後,撒入蔥花,起鍋享用
