原料
麵粉: 500克, 油: 40克, 開水: 160克, 冷水: 180克, 鹽: 6克, 蔥: 適量(至少10根), 油酥: 25克麵粉,30克油,2克鹽調製
步驟
1首先把麵粉鹽油放入麵包機,開始和面那檔,啟動起來,然後開始倒入開水,看見雪花片狀,倒入冷水!OK了,和面我的麵包機20分鐘結束!再靜置30分鐘,取出!
