2先做餡料,冰糖放入碗內,蘋果切丁,扒出橙子果肉,連帶著汁放到碗內,果汁會滲入冰糖里

4小火加熱,時不時攪拌一下,直到粘稠

9冷凍一小時後,硬的餡料容易包

10糯米粉分出來,加入汁,溫熱水和面。應該用紫薯泥,沒買到就用了紫甘藍,顏色不深;菠菜榨汁,過濾;胡蘿蔔泥直接和面。面要和得干一些

11紫色麵糰稀了,後面非常不好包

12每個麵糰取出20克左右,分別放到消炎沒,蒸鍋內蒸10分

13蒸好的面加入同色麵糰里,會增加糯米麵的粘性!分別揉好後蓋上保鮮膜醒30分左右

14包湯圓了,分好麵糰,揉成球形,按扁,放入水果餡料

15團成球形。放在撒了麵粉的盤內,可冷凍
