魚膠粉: 25克, 杞子: 10克, 桂圓: 20克, 紅糖: 50克(或冰片糖), 清水: 500克
步驟
1桂圓剪碎,和杞子一起沖洗乾淨

2把桂圓、杞子、冰片糖一起放進小鍋,倒入400克清水,小火煮10分鐘出味

3魚膠粉中加入100克清水,攪拌成糊狀

4把攪拌成糊狀的魚膠粉倒入煮好桂圓杞子的小鍋里,繼續小火加熱

5邊小火加熱邊不斷攪拌,直至魚膠粉全部完全溶解即可關火
