2將提前做好的薰衣草檸檬蛋糕放在碟子中間

3套上圓形慕斯圈備用

4將牛奶、魚膠粉倒入奶鍋中攪拌均勻中小火加熱至沸騰(魚膠粉完全溶解在牛奶中)

5打發奶油至有點紋路並可以流動的狀態

6往牛奶混合液中加入酸奶攪拌均勻

7酸奶牛奶混合液中加入糖粉攪拌均勻至糖粉完全融化

8將混合好糖粉的酸奶牛奶混合液小量多次加入打發好的奶油中攪拌均勻

9混合好的酸奶慕斯液待用

10將4個碗按1234的順序排好依次放入抹茶粉,抹茶粉按4:3:2:1的比例放入碗中(碗1的抹茶粉我是放小了的後期加了可可粉補救)注意⚠️{碗的順序是固定的和後面排序用到的一致方便大家理解漸變效果的做法}

11四個碗分別加入小量的水溶解抹茶粉(怕抹茶苦的在這一步加入煉奶攪拌均勻,煉奶的量按加入抹茶粉的量添加,抹茶粉多的就加多點煉奶這樣)

12碗1中加入60g酸奶慕斯液,碗2中加入80g酸奶慕斯液,碗3中加入100g酸奶慕斯液,碗4中加入100g慕斯液

13抹茶粉和慕斯液攪拌均勻最後形成的顏色如上圖碗1234顏色是由深到淺的

14將剛才剩下的酸奶慕斯液全部倒入裝好蛋糕底的慕斯模具中

15按抹茶慕斯液由淺到深的順序(碗4-3-2-1)往模具中心倒入,每一次倒入慕斯液都是從模具中心倒入是想成漸變效果的關鍵!

16最後放入冰箱冷藏3-4小時就可以取出脫模食用哦~
