步驟
1少許油爆香蒜,八角和姜過好放入少許冰糖

2冰糖溶解後倒入汆燙的豬肉

小技巧
由於水加太多食材都嫩了,可是湯汁卻很稀沒法收汁,味道還不夠濃郁,所以又把氣壓鍋內的食材倒入炒菜鍋下了蚝油再燜煮至濃稠汁
