小技巧
海茸筋有種海腥味,我們可以在泡發後先焯一下水,我在炒制的時候加了生薑和一點料酒,最後點了點香油可以掩蓋其腥味,大家還可以嘗試加入豆瓣醬或者辣椒醬,應該也很好吃。
