1首先把鹽和麵粉放入揉面機,清水準備好

3揉面機揉了半個小時,就是這個狀態,出膜了,又不是很完全的那種

4將揉好的面取出,向下捏,把裡面的光滑面翻出來,取一個碗將麵糰表面全部裹上薄薄一層油

5加蓋保鮮膜冰箱冷藏一個小時以上

6把放鬆好的麵糰平均分成4份,每份122g左右,按照此手法把每塊麵糰裡面的光滑面翻出來

7然後把麵糰翻轉過來,將底部用虎口收口
