原料
雞翅中: 8個, 玉米: 1根, 獨蒜: 2頭
步驟
1雞翅洗凈,統一在一面劃兩刀,以便於進味
2蒜切成蒜末,用清水沖一遍,瀝一下。(蒜末沖一下,可以避免待會兒受熱之後粘在一起)

3用2勺料酒,半勺蒜末,適量鹽將雞翅腌制30分鐘以上

4玉米煮熟之後,切小段,備用

5鍋中放1勺油(油不必太多),將雞翅碼入鍋中,開小火煎——再次強調:一定要用小火哦

62-3分鐘後,倒入蒜末,和雞翅一起繼續小火煎,撒適量鹽調味

7中途可以翻翻面,將雞翅的兩面都煎至金黃
