小技巧
1.韭菜、尖椒、胡蘿蔔事先用鹽水浸泡清洗,去除有害雜質 2.土豆和胡蘿蔔我習慣插成絲,這樣成品好看還易熟 3.土豆我買的是粉質不那麼多的,所以沒泡水去除澱粉 4.韭菜要等到其他的炒熟後丟進去翻炒幾下就出鍋,因為韭菜時間長容易出水
